Our Story
Master Built Marine & Construction is a full-service boat dock builder dedicated to building and improving residential and commercial structures according to client needs and desires.
In 2022, founders Neal DiGennaro and Cody Frink decided to create a boat dock company that didn’t subscribe to the usual adversarial and “win lose” relationships that have unfortunately become common place in the contracting industry today. They envisioned having a company whose sole purpose looked to collaborate, create, and be open with clients in order to create unquestioned value and develop trusting relationships that would provide the foundation for repeatable business into the future.

Neal DiGennaro
Neal DiGennaro
Born in the northeast, Neal moved to Texas in 1995. Starting out in the construction trades, he has worked in operational leadership positions in several DFW companies. In 2017, he and his family moved from DFW to the lake for a bit of a slower pace and different environment to raise their children. One thing he quickly realized was a lack of dock builders for such a busy market.
In 2022 he partnered with Cody Frink to form Master Built Marine & Construction to fulfill his lifelong dream of charting his own course. Their shared vision of creating a full-service boat dock construction & repair organization that took customer service and integrated business philosophy to the next level and to set the company apart from others.
